Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if:

• The product does not work as advertised
• You request a return within 30 days of delivery
• The product is in its original condition (opened bottles are accepted if the product did not perform as described)

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• Ristorax is not responsible for items lost in return transit
