Shipping Coverage
Ristorax currently ships to addresses within Australia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Available to all Australian addresses
- Tracking included
Expedited Shipping:
- Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Delivery timeframes vary by location
- Additional charges apply
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight and size
- Selected shipping method
Delivery
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- If you're not home, the carrier will leave a notification with pickup instructions
- Packages not collected within the carrier's holding period may be returned to us
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

- A tracking number
- A link to track your package
Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at inforistorax@gmail.com with your order number.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged
- We will work with the carrier to resolve lost package claims
- Replacement or refund will be provided for lost or damaged items
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of package
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Remote Areas
Delivery to remote areas may take longer than standard timeframes. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations.
Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or order details:

- Changes can only be made before the order is dispatched
- Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders or commercial quantities, please contact us for custom shipping arrangements and pricing.
Public Holidays
Shipping and delivery times may be affected by Australian public holidays. Orders will be processed on the next business day following a holiday.
